RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges available for different size or color only
  • Exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Exchanged items subject to same condition requirements
  • Only one exchange per original order is permitted
  • New item ships free of charge once exchange is approved

Exchanges are processed once we confirm your returned item passes inspection.

Common Questions

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items without original tags or packaging are not eligible. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear also cannot be returned or exchanged.
